Why Organic Ingredients?
Why does Charlie & Jax prioritize organic ingredients?
- Optimizing Nutrition & Minimizing Oxidative Stress: Organic ingredients are free from genetically modified organisms (GMOs) and are grown without chemical fertilizers, pesticides, growth hormones, by-products, and antibiotics. This method ensures the ingredients may be more nutrient-dense than their non-organic counterparts and helps reduce oxidative stress in dogs compared to non-organic foods.
- Reducing Toxin Exposure: Canines are frequently exposed to various toxins through traditional dog foods, medications, yard chemicals, household cleaning products, plastics, and materials used in dog toys and accessories, as well as chemicals found in household building materials and furnishings.
